If there are several possible dates, include them. If there is a speech, presentation or other program, mention its timing. Confirm availability and booking deadlines directly with the team; include alternative dates if your plans are flexible.

Can we inquire before choosing a holiday party date?
Yes. Send your preferred date and any alternatives, along with the venue, guest count and approximate budget. The team can discuss availability; an inquiry itself does not reserve a date.

Start with how you want guests to spend the evening. A seated dinner organizes the gathering around a meal; tray-passed food or stations can suit a more mobile format. Discuss the room, schedule and amount of food needed with the team.
Can the catering include drinks and staffing?
