Can we bring our own caterer to a venue?
The venue decides its catering policy. Confirm outside-caterer rules, required approvals and any exclusive supplier arrangements directly with the venue before finalizing catering plans.
What does the catering team need to know about a venue?
Share the venue contact, usable spaces, guest count and service schedule. Ask the venue about preparation facilities, power, delivery access, setup windows and any rental or staffing requirements.
Can you cater at a private residence?
Yes. Private gatherings are part of Carmelized Productions’ work. Describe the home’s dining and preparation space, access and guest count so the team can discuss service and rental needs.
