Size: Intimate gatherings to events with up to 10,000 guests.

Menus: Custom built to suit your event-featuring Carmelized Productions dishes or favorites from our past and present restaurants.

Format: Tray-passed, individually plated, buffet or station-style-or a mix of all three.

Staffing: Full front and back-of-house teams included. Model staff available upon request.

Beverages: Custom wine or cocktail bars, curated beer and wine selections, and signature cocktails.

Rentals: We're happy to assist with rentals as needed.
